That Jesus was raised from the dead 

Flying on a plane from Nepal to India, a young man sat beside me who began to tell me about his Hindu faith and asked me about my faith. When I began to tell him about Jesus, he said that he had heard about Jesus’ death but had never heard that He was raised from the dead.   

Of course, I shared the gospel with him. I realized that day that even if a Hindu had some knowledge of Christ, they may not know why He was sent to us by the Father. 

HBI has a vision to change that knowledge and understanding.   

In April through June, there are 2000 churches working to hold ten-day-long “Summer Day Camps” for children where they will proclaim and explain the story of Jesus and His love for them.  The key to changing the course of a nation is to reach the children of that nation.   

This Easter, you can help spread to the children of India the good news that Jesus was raised from the dead. 

It will only cost $12 per child for a ten-day experience to learn of Jesus Christ, His life, death and resurrection.   Wouldn’t you like to help us reach as many children as possible? The cost to cover an entire day camp of fifty children is only $600. Maybe a small group to which you belong, or your local church, could sponsor one or more day camps.
