Position:  Mobilizer

Summary:

The Mobilizer is responsible for stewarding and expanding partnerships with churches, individuals, and other ministry stakeholders to advance the mission and vision of HBI and HBIGP.  This role requires a ministry-oriented individual with strong relational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Stewardship:  Maintain and nurture existing relationships with churches and individual supporters, ensuring ongoing engagement and support.

 

Prospective Partnership Development:

Actively pursue new partnerships through verbal, written, and in-person outreach, including visits, calls and correspondence.

 

Event Representation:

Attend local church missions’ conferences, gatherings, or designated Sundays to promote the ministry’s work and foster new relationships.

 

Team Collaboration:

Participate in monthly staff meetings and prayer gatherings, both online and in-person, to coordinate efforts and align on ministry goals.



Support Management:

Utilize management software to record interactions, track progress and streamline partnership development efforts.  (Knowledge of Blackbaud helpful)

 

Travel:

Travel to India once a year and to Tulsa, OK occasionally for staff gatherings, training, strategic planning sessions, and board of director’s meeting.

 

Fundraising:

Be willing to raise personal support to sustain ministry activities.

 

 

Qualifications:

Prior ministry experience and strong connections within the Body of Christ.

Deep understanding of and alignment with the mission and vision of HBI/HBIGP.

Excellent interpersonal communication, and relational skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Comfortable with fundraising and raising personal support.

Proficiency in using management software for recordkeeping and reporting.
